Dávid Pálházi
My father's profession as a kayak trainer put me on the water as a small child, standing on the water's edge it was obvious to him that if his attention is focused on the people on the water, then my place is there too, or more precisely, this is how he can devote most of his attention to me. According to legends, I "kayaked" sooner than I walked.
There was never any question, internal or external uncertainty about my relationship and love with water, because of the above.
In addition to the inseparability of water, something else followed, guided, and ingrained in me, since I was a part of it on an almost daily basis, coach-competitor, teacher-child, leader-follower roles, examples. My mother, who is a kindergarten teacher by qualification, objected to this.
In addition to kayaking competitions, the world of sightseeing tours was always a current summer program, sometimes with family, sometimes with fellow competitors, sometimes with younger children coached by father.
During my career, water was unfortunately not available, but management, team, education, and company were always present, sometimes as a student leader, sometimes as an operational manager or leader of the team or the company. At the moment, I manage and manage the organization of a research and development startup operationally, and I observe and respond to the challenges of the American market, sometimes from home, sometimes on site. And my adventurer self connects the friendship of water with people and leadership within the framework of Oezzvelem.
